All orchestrations recorded at the New England Conservatory in Boston, Massachusetts.  Various grand piano and vocal sessions recorded in Blum Hall at Bard College in Annandale, New York.  All other sessions were recorded at Colin's house in Milan New York.  Most of the songs were recorded on an analog Tascam 8-track portastudio. The songs were then mixed directly to a harman/kardon CDR2. Some songs were mixed directly to Pro-tools and Studio Vision.

This album is dedicated to my dream team: Gabe, Kirk, Thads,  Kupe, Connie, Sean,  and Brian.   Thanks for everything guys!!

Special thanks to the cast and crew of  Commercial Suicide  , to Michael Gandolfi, Malcome Peyton,  F. John Adams, Roeda Bernard, Caleb Morgan for his wonderful electronic arrangement of "False Alarms." Thanks  to  Jonathan Kupper, Marcin Bela,  and Daniel Mutlu for conducting the chamber orchestras and assisting with the sessions,   William Jrury and Steven Lipsit for conducting and leading the large ensembles.  Thanks to Kevin Stack (my dad),  Ann Kauzlarich (my mom),  my grandparents (Joe and Evelin), The Leftovers, and the original Fever String Quartet.

Eight years ago my ears stumbled across something very incredible when I heard Randy Newman's 1968 self-titled debut for the first time.  After listening to that album over and over again,  I knew that I wanted to score my own  record of pop-art songs.    These sessions document six of the best years of my life.   I can't thank the musicians credited on these songs enough for  bringing to life what would only be tiny little dots on lots and lots of manuscript paper.   Keep an eye out for them, you most certianly will be seeing and hearing from them again as they are some of the best
musicians out there today! --Colin
